Use this site lawfully, respectfully, and only for legitimate team, school, family, or event-related purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass staff access, impersonate another person, submit spam, upload harmful code, or use information from the site to harass, target, or endanger someone.

A student and parent or guardian should provide the registration information and electronic acknowledgements requested from them. Submit information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and limited to what the form asks for. Electronic signatures and acknowledgements record the submitter’s stated agreement or confirmation; they do not override school, district, league, tournament, or applicable legal requirements.

Keep the registration reference after submission and contact the team if information needs to be corrected. Do not submit another person’s information without authority.

Public pages, including staff-published copy and images, may be viewed, copied, or linked to by others. Do not submit private records or personal information for publication. Staff may edit or remove public content when needed for accuracy, safety, permission, accessibility, or school requirements.

The staff console is restricted to approved Speech & Debate staff invited through the designated team administrator. Staff must protect their login credentials, use the console only for authorized team work, and avoid sharing access. The console contains sensitive registration and safety information; do not download, copy, or disclose it unless needed for an authorized school or team purpose.

Links to SpeechWire, YouTube, NSDA Campus, Yaatly, and other services are provided for convenience. Their content and terms are separate from these terms. The team may update the site, change links, or temporarily suspend a feature. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without a promise that every page or third-party resource will always be available or error-free.

These terms may be updated when the team’s workflow changes. The date above identifies the current posted version. Official school and district rules, required notices, and event instructions control over this page. Nothing here creates an employment relationship, enrollment decision, guarantee of participation, or contract replacing official school policy.
