You will be a founding builder, not a cog in a machine.
You will build AI systems and business agents that automate and streamline every core function for our clients, from Fortune 100 companies to ambitious small enterprises. The code you write, the models you train, and the agents you design will directly shape how millions of users experience work.
We are building Super Amplify on Super Amplify, meaning you will dogfood, iterate, and witness your work transform real businesses in real time.
Some roles may be forward deployed to client companies when a strategic customer needs builders, operators, or growth teammates close to the work. That may mean spending focused time with a client team, learning their workflows, shaping adoption, and bringing those lessons back into Super Amplify.
Ship AI systems that create measurable enterprise leverage.
- Design and ship production AI systems - LLM-powered agents, retrieval pipelines, fine-tuned models, and intelligent automations that solve real enterprise problems.
- Architect data infrastructure that powers learning loops, evaluation, and continuous improvement of our AI products.
- Prototype fast, ship faster - move from idea to working demo to deployed feature in days, not quarters.
- Partner with product, design, and customer-facing teams to translate deep customer pain into magical solutions.
- Own measurable outcomes - every system you build should drive transparent, quantifiable ROI for our clients.
- Push the frontier - explore emerging research in agents, multimodal models, reasoning, and AI orchestration, and bring the best ideas into production.
- Build pipeline with enterprise buyers, founders, operators, and transformation leaders who need AI systems that create measurable business leverage.
- Qualify accounts, map stakeholders, and translate client pain into crisp opportunities for product, AI, and implementation teams.
- Create outbound campaigns, discovery scripts, follow-up motions, and sales experiments that teach us where Super Amplify can win fastest.
- Partner with technical builders on demos, ROI narratives, and forward-deployed client work when strategic accounts need hands-on support.
- Own measurable growth outcomes - meetings created, opportunities advanced, customer insight captured, and revenue motion improved.
Strong fundamentals, fast learning, and a real builder mindset.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong programming fundamentals, with Python preferred and TypeScript or JavaScript a plus.
- Hands-on experience with modern ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar.
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- A genuine builder's mindset - you ship things, you break things, you learn fast.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to earn trust quickly and listen deeply.
- A builder mindset for sales - you test messaging, learn from rejection, tighten the process, and keep moving.
- Interest in enterprise AI, business automation, transformation, and measurable customer outcomes.
- Comfort working with founders, technical teammates, and client stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, fine-tuning, or agentic frameworks.
- Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and MLOps tooling.
- Open-source contributions, hackathon wins, or side projects you're proud of.
- Experience working with enterprise data, APIs, or workflow automation.
- Experience as an SDR, BDR, account executive, founder, consultant, or community builder.
- Enterprise prospecting, CRM, LinkedIn, sales automation, or account research experience.
- A portfolio of outbound experiments, revenue projects, sales playbooks, or customer research you are proud of.
- Comfort explaining technical products to non-technical business leaders.
