Enterprise add-on · Interchangeable context

CuratorEverything your organization knows — kept current, growing with every person, and usable in any AI tool.

Curator holds the context of your entire organization — processes, pipeline, dashboards, documents, decisions and hard-won know-how — and delivers it to whatever AI your people use: Super Amplify's own agents, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, or calls through Governor's gateway. Context is decoupled from any one model or vendor: switch tools and the organization's knowledge comes with you. Every delivery is limited to what that person can already see in Super Amplify, and the context base grows as people work.

What it does

What Curator does for you

Your organization's context, in every AI tool your people use

Holds the whole organization's context

Processes, sales pipeline and process activity, dashboards, documents, decisions and their reasoning — Curator keeps what the organization knows in one governed context base, with each item tagged to the AiOS area whose access it follows.

Works with any AI, not one vendor

One request assembles a packet in a fixed order — organization rules first, then standards, then the most relevant entries — sized to a token budget. The same context reaches Super Amplify's agents, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Codex, so changing models never means starting over.

Grows with every person

Decisions, procedures and facts from chats, verified runs and approved stages become drafts in the contributor's own context. Duplicates merge, several people confirming the same thing counts as agreement, and nothing reaches company memory without review or a company policy.

Stays current and trustworthy

Scheduled syncs keep MCP, connector and cloud sources fresh and stop when their owner loses access. Unused entries go stale, contradicted ones are superseded, and the Curator console shows coverage and gaps by data area.

How it works

How Curator works, step by step

  1. Turn on the sources you already have

Schedule syncs from company MCP servers, Salesforce, QuickBooks and NetSuite, cloud drives, and skill-guided research. Company sources land under their AiOS area; personal connections stay personal.

  2. Connect each AI tool once

People connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex to Super Amplify with their own sign-in, or run one connector command. Each tool then receives only what that person can see.

  3. Ask, and get the organization's context

Tools call context.assemble for a task, search and read entries with evidence, and follow company standards. Every delivery is recorded, without storing the content.

  4. Let the context base grow

Work becomes reviewed drafts, the review queue or a promotion policy decides what becomes company memory, and stale or superseded entries leave the rotation on their own.

Security & governance

Your organization's knowledge, protected like it matters — because it does

Curator concentrates everything your organization knows, so it is built to the highest protection standard we offer: it lives inside your company-scoped Super Amplify workspace, follows each person's existing access, honors your company's context policies, and every use — by a person or an agent — is permissioned and on the record.

Where it lives: your workspace, isolated

Your context lives inside your company's Super Amplify workspace. Customer data, context, and activity stay scoped to the authorized company and user, keeping your organization's knowledge separated from every other customer environment.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

HTTPS/TLS 1.3 protects context in transit. Passwords, API keys, and sensitive configuration are encrypted at rest with AES-256, and integration credentials stay behind server controls, brokered only to approved actions — never exposed to browsers, models, or agents.

Source permissions, preserved end to end

Bringing context into Curator never widens access. Material is ingested under the access rules it already has, and every collection, share, and retrieval honors them — nobody sees anything in Curator they couldn't see at the source.

Identity, MFA, and least-privilege access

Role-aware access, company membership, administrator controls, and MFA protect the workspace. Access to collections is granted by team and role on a least-privilege basis, and administrators can review and revoke it centrally.

Governed use by people, agents and external tools

Curator serves people, MyAgents, Operator and external AI tools through the same checks: a tool only receives the context the signed-in person may see, company context policies can narrow it further per tool, and proposals from tools arrive as drafts for review.

Audit-ready, owned, and fresh

Access, sharing, contributions, and agent use create reviewable activity signals, so you can see who used what context and when. Every source carries a named owner and freshness signals, so protection includes knowing what's current — and what should be retired.

SOC 2 Type I + Type II audited

Super Amplify has completed independent SOC 2 Type I and Type II audits covering the Security category. Review the controls, scope, and evidence in our Trust Center, or request the reports through the customer assurance process.

Case study

The company's best work, findable by the person who needs it next

Anonymous growing professional services firm

The challenge

The firm's best proposals, pricing rationale, and delivery lessons lived in partners' inboxes and personal drives. New hires took months to absorb how things worked, teams in different offices redid each other's research, and when one partner left, a decade of context left with them.

What Curator did

The firm consolidated its knowledge into Curator: winning proposals and playbooks as governed collections, decision records with their reasoning, and per-team spaces anyone could contribute to. People and agents now pull that context — with sources and freshness visible — directly inside their daily work.

Governance built in

Work runs under your company's identity, permissions, and approval policies — with Super Amplify's SOC 2 Type I and Type II audited controls behind it.

What changed
New hires became productive faster because 'how we do things' was findable, not tribal
Duplicate research across teams dropped as prior work surfaced before new work started
Departing employees' knowledge stayed with the organization instead of walking out
Try this playbook yourself
  1. 1Inventory your context honestly: list where your ten most-reused assets live (best proposal, pricing guide, onboarding playbook). If the answer is 'in Sarah's inbox,' write that down — that's your risk register.
  2. 2Start with your ten best examples of each recurring deliverable, not everything. Curated and trusted beats comprehensive and stale.
  3. 3Give every collection a named owner and a review date. Unowned knowledge decays silently; owned knowledge gets refreshed.
  4. 4Make contributing a two-minute habit: when someone solves something reusable, the last step is 'add it to Curator and share the link' — celebrate it publicly the first few times.
The honest takeaway

Curator did not organize a decade of files by magic, and the first import faithfully preserved some mess. The firms that win with it curate deliberately — best examples first, owners on everything, freshness reviewed quarterly. A context library nobody maintains becomes a junk drawer with good search.

Anonymized example based on real Super Amplify delivery patterns. Outcomes depend on scope, data quality, and team readiness.

Metrics worth tracking
Time for a new hire to produce their first client-ready deliverable
How often prior internal work is reused versus recreated (ask teams to log it for a month)
Share of key collections with a named owner and a review in the last quarter
