Your Standing Partner

PartnerIt understands your business, tells you what matters next, and makes sure it gets done.

Partner is a standing mode inside Super Amplify for owners and leaders. It builds a live picture of your business — goals, numbers, pipeline, commitments — ranks what deserves attention next into clear instructions with owners and definitions of done, then executes or delegates the authorized work and keeps improving the operating system underneath.

What it does

What Partner does for you

A standing partner for what matters next

Holds the whole picture

Partner assembles your goals, financial picture, pipeline, and open commitments into one flight plan — so prioritization starts from the business, not from whoever shouted last.

Tells you what matters next

Instead of another dashboard to interpret, you get ranked instructions: what to do, why now, who owns it, and what done looks like.

Moves the work, not just the meeting

Authorized instructions can be executed, delegated to people or agents like Operator, or scheduled — with follow-through tracked against the definition of done.

Asks instead of guessing

Where the picture has gaps — a missing number, an unnamed owner, an unresolved decision — Partner surfaces the question rather than papering over it.

How it works

How Partner works, step by step

  1. Set the flight plan

Give it the outcome you're driving and the numbers that define the business right now: revenue, costs, cash, targets, headcount. Short and honest beats long and polished.

  2. It builds your agenda

Partner reads your live and learned context, ranks the highest-leverage moves, and presents them as instructions with owners and definitions of done.

  3. You decide; it executes

Approve, reassign, delegate, or dismiss each instruction. Delegated work runs through the same governed execution as the rest of Super Amplify.

  4. Review, learn, repeat

Completed and dismissed instructions teach it what actually moves your business, so next week's ranking is sharper than this week's.

Case study

A Monday agenda that ranked itself — and followed up

Anonymous owner-led company

The challenge

The owner was the operating system: every priority, number, and follow-up lived in their head or in fragments across email and chat. Weekly planning meant rebuilding the picture from scratch, and commitments made on Monday quietly evaporated by Friday because nothing tracked them to done.

What Partner did

The owner set a flight plan in Partner — the quarter's outcome, the real numbers, the sales target — and let it assemble a ranked weekly agenda from live business context. Each priority became an instruction with an owner and a definition of done; the owner approved or delegated in minutes, and follow-through was checked against evidence, not memory.

Governance built in

Work runs under your company's identity, permissions, and approval policies — with Super Amplify's SOC 2 Type I and Type II audited controls behind it.

What changed
Weekly planning starts from a ranked agenda instead of a blank rebuild of the business
Commitments carry owners and definitions of done, so Friday's review checks evidence rather than recollections
Decisions the business was avoiding surfaced as explicit questions instead of staying buried
Try this playbook yourself
  1. 1Write your flight plan on one page this week: the one outcome for the quarter, monthly revenue and costs, cash on hand, and your 90-day sales target. If a number is unknown, write 'unknown' — that is a finding, not a failure.
  2. 2List every open commitment you can remember, with an owner and what done means. Most owners find a third have neither; that list is your first agenda.
  3. 3Run one weekly review where every item must answer: done by what evidence, blocked by what, or deliberately dropped? Ban 'in progress' as a status.
  4. 4Notice which decisions keep resurfacing. Those are the questions to answer explicitly and record, so they stop consuming every week.
The honest takeaway

Partner's first agendas were only as honest as the flight plan behind them. When early numbers were aspirational, the ranking was confidently wrong, and the fix was unglamorous: real figures, updated monthly. Owners who treat the inputs as a one-time setup get a static plan; the leverage comes from keeping the picture true.

Anonymized example based on real Super Amplify delivery patterns. Outcomes depend on scope, data quality, and team readiness.

Metrics worth tracking
Time spent assembling the weekly priority picture by hand
Percentage of weekly instructions completed against their definition of done
Recurring decisions that resurface more than twice — a measure of unresolved questions
